MYMETER™ software service is a Web-based energy information portal that provides consumers with current usage information and tools for greater control over their electric bills.

MYMETER™ translates complex consumption, weather and billing data into an intuitive graphical format that is available to the utility customer service representative and the consumer via the Internet. Because MYMETER™ allows both the consumer and the customer service representative to view the same information together, inquiries can be resolved completely and satisfactorily with a phone conversation.
